Not compatible with IPHONE / IPAD

The module can not be displayed on Iphone and Ipad with the latest version. I bought this module, cause it was considered as 100 % resposive. Is there any preference to apply or anything to change in order to also make it works with Apple?
Despite of this devices the module is correctly displayed...

About your problem with jux weather forecast I checked your site and maybe css problem cause jux weather forecast don't display.
So I add this css code at custom css option:Now jux weather forecast working fine on desktop and mobile devices. Please check and feedback!
