In new version we have updated jux weather forecast and we don't have staff to translate it to Russian.
To Translate these text you can to it by following steps:
Step 1: go to {root}/languages/en-GB then open file en-GB.mod_jux_weather_forecast.ini
Step 2: Go to similar path but in russian language: {root}/languages/ru-RU then open file ru-RU.mod_jux_weather_forecast.ini (create new one if don't have)
Step 3: Go to line 414 (english file) and copy to end line to russian file then translate to your language.
Hope this help. Also please send the translate file for us. We'll update it in our product.

The animation of cloud is auto calculate in jquery with weather in formation.
So you can change to other location to check it.
Note: After change location you should check your site by anonymous browser (Ctrl + Shift + N).
