Location and Title

I have just purchased this product.

Firstly, it keeps losing settings especially jumping back to New York, despite putting in the correct location in the settings.
Also, if you try to change the title, it really doe snot like it at all, it appears the title must contain the letter JUX at the start, is that correct?

I am using Joomla 3.5

We have tried but we cannot get it to display the title or move to a location other than New York. I can't give you access at the moment as the site is under construction. It will be ready in 3 weeks time but that is after the date of our support contract..

About your problem,
I think your servers are "clear cache". please contact your hosting provider ask them to help. When I unpublish it still shows off the frontend

Even if it is unpublished it shows because it is in an article. If we put it in a module position, it still does not show the location as New York.

We have removed the search box and it seems to have now changed to Northallerton, but we want the default to be Northallerton and still have the search box.
