Bug - Issue

Hi all,
I've got a problem with this Extension with browser compatibility.
When I use Juxweather forecast module with Firefox (48.0.2) this extension works without Jquery enabled, but if I disabled the jquery, the extension not work with Google Chrome (52.0.2746.116).
In each case I've enabled noConflicty.

This is a problem because the Jquery it's necessary for mobile compatibility.

I use Joomla CMS version 3.6.2

Any solution for this cases?
