JUX News Ticker conflicts and does not work as it should

As the title suggests, the sticker conflicts and doesn't work as it should.

In particular:

1. The Type Style colors the entire website black except the footer (destop and mobile) and does not respect the maximum number of characters set for the title (mobile).

2. The Slide Style does not respect the maximum number of characters set for the title (desktop and mobile).

3. The Scroll Style presents the following problems:

- Desktop: immediately AFTER the first scroll, the title appears and disappears in less than a second. After that, subsequent titles disappear in contact with the Ticker (as they should pass through it).

- Mobile: the title, after the first scroll, takes a long time to reappear. And this also disappears in contact with the Ticker (while they should go through it).

ATTENTION: the username for the Site Admin is "dearmichael".

P.S. Another problem: when I scroll down the site from my smartphone, the module overlaps the menu.
