Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
I have checked your site and see the jQuery conflict.
Please give us more permission for the admin account. We need to install another version of the extension to help you fix that issue.
Thanks

Best regards.
Jackie Nguyen.

Hi.
I have checked and fixed that issue with our News Ticker extension. It conflicts with jQuery with the UIkit 3 Counter module.
On your module, Counter loaded the old jQuery version. Your module doesn't need to load the jQuery library. It still works fine when I disable the jQuery.
Please recheck it.
Regards.

Best regards.

Hi! Thanks a lot. Works fine for me!
1. What's happen if I update the module in future? Do I have to pay attention to anything with the next Joomla or template update?

2. The presets are fixed in preset 1 to 4. The menu looks completely different in the online documentation. Where can I customise the presets?

Hi.
1. We will update the change to the next version. It will include the change on your site. Don't worry about that in the next update.
2. If you want to change the preset style, you can change the CSS at this file: modules/mod_jux_news_ticker/assets/css/style/preset1.css
Please recheck it.
Regards.

Best regards.
Jackie Nguyen.
