CSS TEMPLATE - Change CSS using a personal template

Hi,

I've created a new personal css, by creating a copy of the folder DEFAULT.
Then in configuration>general i setup my personal template.
BUT nothing happens. I mean the template is still DEFAULT, I can see also with firebug. What's wrong?

I see yoursite no Problems with mobile - text and images cut in
You fixed issue
You should use the default file css in Template , this help yoursite action good
