j2store shopping basked - block future dates

Hi, I have embedded the J2store shopping basket in my website. in the order/delivery steps I added a calender field (customer field).
I have now 2 questions:
1. How can I make the calender days/months into Dutch
2. How can I prevent/block future dates (eg a certain weekend/holiday period) to be offered as an option?

Sorry but we don't use j2store in our template. So if you want to change or custom it, you can contact to your provider who develop this extension!
To translate to other language almost you can change it in.
{root}/language/xxxx/ with xxxx in your language folder. Find your component and module language file you are using then translate it!
