Problem with Business Template

Dear JoomlaUX support team,

I have bought your Business Theme a few months ago and now it is my first time go live with my website on the internet. However, I have found these problems for a while but since I haven't put it up on the internet, I couldn't let you fix them for me. Now it is time.

Before mentioning the problem, I would like to let you know that I have followed everything from your demo page, only just minor modification. So I am quite sure that I didn't mess up with your code or anything. By the way, here are the problems

Problem 1:
On the homepage, I added "button" addon under your JUX portfolio on the SP PageBuilder homepage. This button is to link to an article where I want to show all my product, using your JUX porfolio (the second one). This is to keep my homepage clean and show only 10 featured product I want to exclusively show on the homepage.

However, after going through the setting of the button and put in the absolute URL for the button link, I do nothing when I click it on my site.

Problem 2:
Under menu "Product", I created sub-menu "All Product" (just like your "BLOG" sub-menu) and linked it the article where I will show all my product using your JUX Portfolio module in another page.

The menu works as it should. However, the appearance of the page is different. As you can see the menu area is not in grey color, the font is different and also when I scroll down the page, the menu is not sticky (not showing the minimized menu as it is on the homepage)

Problem 3:
Continue from the previous one, as I want to show all my product on this page, so I created the article and put JUX porfolio module inside the article. Then assign "All Product" menu to show single article (the one with JUX Portfolio module).

The problem is that the module will not show at all even when I scroll down to the bottom of the page. At first I think it is just the animation you put in but it is still not show no matter what I do.

Also, the details on Footer position (Tel no., address, email) won't show too

I have one little problem that I would like your help.

It is about the hover effect on the items in my all product page. The initial 8 loaded item has different effect comparing to those loaded when clicking "load more" button.

I have tried every options in your hover option tab. It just doesn't have the same effect as what you show on your demo site.

If possible, I would like to have the same effect as what you show on your demo site on my all product page "only"

I know it is not a big problem, but it just make my site look nice and clean.

I have checked it and found out that your modification affected the portfolio module in my homepage too.

Is it possible to change the effect only on other pages "except my homepage"?

The initial effect is already look good and I like it.

Moreover, it would be great if you could tell me which CSS and line that you have modified. So I could know and if I want to do some modification I could do it myself, If I have enough skill.
